About

Noelia Rodiles has been described as “one of the most solid values of Spanish pianism, of international pianism” (Justo Romero). Her musical career includes performances at the principal Spanish concert halls, from the Madrid Auditorio Nacional de Música, to the Teatro Real, Auditorio de Zaragoza, Auditori de Barcelona,  Palau de la Música Catalana, Fundación Juan March, Auditorium de Palma or Teatros del Canal, and in series and festivals such as “Jóvenes Intérpretes” at the Fundación Scherzo, Schubertíada in Vilabertrán, Festival de Música y Danza in Granada, Festival Internacional de Arte Sacro in Madrid, Quincena Musical Donostiarra or the Otoño Musical Soriano. Likewise she has played in countries such as Germany, Italy, France, Poland, Tunisia, Bolivia or Jordan.

Noelia was described as “one of the true rising stars of Spanish and international piano playing” with critics recognising her as a “versatile, talented pianist with truly admirable musicality and refinement” (Justo Romero, Scherzo), after her first album with works by Ligeti and Schubert. In her album, The Butterfly Effect, she brings together works by Schumann, Schubert and Mendelssohn together with works commissioned to three spanish composers: Jesús Rueda, David del Puerto and Joan Magrané. The piece by this composer has been nominated to the Latin Grammy prices. He has recently published the album 1823, with the world's first recording of the Piano Sonata by Martín Sánchez Allú, on the bicentenary of his birth, and Schubert's Moments Musicaux.

In 2024, her new album will be published, which includes Partita No. 4 by Julián Orbón and the absolute premiere of Cloches, by Manuel Martínez Burgos, together with the Oviedo Filarmonía Orchestra and maestro Lucas Macías, thanks to a Leonardo Scholarship from the Fundación BBVA.
